Sorry for the late and brief post. I was without internet for a few days there, and my access is still unfortunately limited. I'll try to check back and post more or just expand that post when I can.

I think I'm good to go now. I got sick, and am still not over it, but it's strangely forced my brain into a queer kind of focus. *shrug* Who can know the ways of the mind? Not I, sirrah.

So, Billy and Lily did see that there are places to get in through other holes in the 'tunnel', but you'd have to get past the big demons (two are Large, and the other two are Huge, both in the tall dimension) no matter what. I predict a fight. *nod*

Oh wow, new posts. Yikes, from a while ago. It looks like I owe you all an apology. I got used to not checking for updates here while I was travelling (limited time at internet cafes, so much to see). But now I'm settled in, on my real computer, and I can check in regularly (hopefully law school won't be too much of a time sink).

Well, I'm back from a vacation that I didn't actually mention, but I know DLotS is off on her own now.

Let's clarify what you all want. What I'm guessing is that you're looking for a place where you all can be concealed from one direction, and that direction is where the demons are. Billy will fly up and attract their attention, then lead them to the concealed ambush point.

Is this correct? Are there any other qualifiers you want to put on it? Will Lily be on the ground until the demons reach the ambush point, or will she be circling above trying to look harmless?

That seems right, from what I can tell. It sounds like we're looking for a place where they can't surround us on all sides, kind of having our backs to a corner, I guess? Lily will stay with everyone else on the ground to start, but she may take off if some of the demons try to get tricky.
