In case you haven't noticed, I've taken the liberty of upgrading the forums to PHPBB 3. I'm fond of the added security and moderation tools, as well as the features it should allow me to integrate into the forums. Hopefully everything is as you left it on the old forums as well.

It should be noted that this upgrade has broken the link between the forums and the profiler for the time being. You will have to log into the profiler manually until I am able to re-establish the link between them, but all characters and login information is as it was before. This will be high on my list of things to do to complete this conversion.

Additionally (as noted below), the subscriptions from the old forums were not brought over. I wrote the subscription system that was in place in the PHPBB 2.x forums, but the subscription system in 3.x is integrated with the new forums.

That said, play on. I will be converting the forums to a more CoyoteCode look over the coming time period.

Ooh, spoiler tags! I think I saw a few other interesting new features as I was poking around, too.

Just a note, I had to get a new password emailed to me--the software wasn't recognizing my old one, for some reason. But it still had my email address, so everything worked out fine.

And I had to re-subscribe to both of my subscribed threads, but that was easy once I found the link at the very, very, very bottom of the page.

Edit: oh, I just remembered. How about a "report this post" feature so we can help you catch those spam threads when they crop up?
